As of summer 2025, I’ve officially wrapped up a rewarding 3½-year journey at Multitude AG — a period filled with M&A, strategy, investor relations, and the kind of fast-paced learning you only get from leading functions in a listed fintech.
Now, it’s time for a new chapter.
I’ve shifted my full focus to Larzon Capital, where I’m actively looking for new strategic and M&A advisory projects — particularly with companies in Finland and Switzerland. Whether you're working on a funding round, preparing your company for sale, or looking to sharpen your strategic direction, I bring hands-on experience from both the boardroom and the deal table. I am focusing on the SME sector, with companies with turnover above EUR 5 million.
In parallel, I’m also building something long-term: together with Mikael Lönnroth and another partner (still under wraps for now), I’m in the process of raising Morgon Equity Partners, a hands-on private equity fund focused on growth-stage Finnish SMEs. We’re passionate about backing entrepreneurs and helping companies scale with operational support, digitalisation, and a strong people focus. Focus here are companies with turnover in the range of EUR 5 – 20 million and EBITDA higher than EUR 500k.
Raising a fund is a journey — and while that takes shape, I’m available to contribute my time, energy and expertise through Larzon Capital.
