INTRODUCTION

Larzon Capital is an independent advisory firm focused on cross-border M&A and corporate finance for small and mid-sized companies across Europe.

We work with founders, owners, and management teams who are acquiring abroad, selling to international buyers, or building a platform through a structured buy-and-build strategy.

 

Our base is Switzerland, our network reaches deep into the Nordics. For companies crossing the Nordic-DACH corridor specifically, where language, culture, and deal norms differ sharply, we offer something most advisors cannot: fluency on both sides.

Having led and supported platform strategies at KONE Corporation, Consti Group Oyj, and Multitude AG, we know how to build a thesis, source add-ons systematically, integrate them, and finance the journey. We work with private equity-backed platforms, family-owned consolidators, and ambitious founders pursuing roll-ups across Europe.

FOUNDER: LASSE MÄKELÄ

Lasse Mäkelä has led M&A from the buy side, the sell side, and the operator's chair. Over 25 years he has executed 30+ acquisitions per year at KONE Corporation, built a PE-backed services platform from 2 to 14 companies at Consti Group, raised EUR 500M+ across 170 rounds as founder-CEO of Invesdor Group, and served as Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer of Multitude AG, a Frankfurt-listed fintech bank operating in 17 countries.

His earlier career includes senior M&A roles at Merrill Lynch and ICECAPITAL, covering transactions across Europe. He has served as board member and chairman in fintech and industrial companies.

Lasse is fluent in English, Finnish, Swedish, and French, with intermediate German. He is based in Zug, Switzerland.
